The free chlamydia test is totally confidential and very simple – it can be done from a urine sample.

To get a free chlamydia home test kit from Checkurself, you must:

  • be aged 16-24.
  • live in London - to check whether you do go to our Contact page and type in your postcode.
  • only order a kit for your own use.


Checkurself is part of the NHS in London. The kits we use are the same ones used at your local Sexual Health Clinic. Your chlamydia home test kit and any treatment you need will be free of charge. You don't even have to pay to post the kit back to us. Please note we do not post chlamydia treatment.

The service is free and confidential. Your test kit will arrive in the post in a plain envelope with full instructions.
